For leisure centres
These workshops teach children about nature and skills. Workshops for leisure centres are available by reservation on Wednesdays and from Monday to Friday during the school holidays in zone A.


On the Spice Route - NEW
Objectives: to discover spices and their uses
Procedure: based on a sensory approach and a visit to the garden, the children make a small mixture of spices...
From 4 to 12 years
Gardening
Objectives: to discover the gestures and tools of the gardener.
Procedure : in the educational square garden, the children learn to dig, hoe, rake, sow or plant.
From 6 to 12 years old
Art and nature
Aims: to reconnect with one's creative powers using materials taken from nature.
Process: with leaves, grass and flowers, children invent an imaginary animal.
From 4 to 12 years old
Insect hotel
Objectives: to raise awareness of the protection of biodiversity
Procedure: the children learn to recognise auxiliary insects and to make shelters for them which they will install in the museum.
From 6 to 10 years old
Bees
Objectives: to understand the role and importance of bees in the environment
Course of action: after a visit to the apiaries and an introduction to beekeeping, a creative activity using beeswax.
From 6 to 12 years old
Draw me a sheep
Aims: to learn an artistic practice by discovering the animals in the museum.
Process: the children make their own charcoal and go to observe the animals to draw them.
