The warmer weather brings with it a desire for fresh, sparkling and tasty drinks. If you like to learn how to make things yourself and experiment, the fermented beverage discovery workshop will be an opportunity to make fruit kefir together, discover different recipes, and taste them.
We will also cover the theory and history of fermentation to understand the world we will be immersing ourselves in. You will leave with kefir grains to continue the fermentation at home.
If you have the perfect seal jar, please bring it along.
