Natural sparkling beverages

From 09:30 to 13:00

The warmer weather brings with it a craving for fresh, sparkling, tasty drinks. If you like to learn how to make things yourself and experiment, the fermented beverage discovery workshop will be an opportunity to make fruit kefir together, discover different recipes, and taste them. 

We'll also cover the theory and history of fermentation, so you'll understand the world we're immersing ourselves in. You'll leave with kefir grains to continue the fermentation process at home.

If you have the perfect seal jar, don't hesitate to bring it along. 

Number of participants: 3 minimum / 8 maximum
