Meet the nettle

During this workshop, you'll discover the unsuspected virtues of the nettle plant, its many food, medicinal, cosmetic and textile uses, and how to make the most of a free and abundant local resource.
Through a range of recipes and skills, you'll learn how to get to know, pick, cook, preserve and transform this plant.

Each participant will be able to make and taste different nettle-based preparations, and also learn how to make a small rope from the plant's fibers.

For families aged 7 and over / Please bring gardening gloves, pants and closed shoes for picking.
Capacity: 5 to 8 people

Course fee: €30
Lunch: tasting of nettle-based recipes (gluten-free, milk-free, egg-free) and Canadian meal: bring your own dish to share with the group.
