The warmer weather brings with it a craving for fresh, sparkling, tasty drinks. If you like to learn how to make things yourself and experiment, Eve COLTAT's fermented beverage discovery workshop will give you the opportunity to make either a fruit kefir or a ginger beer (a non-alcoholic drink made from ginger). Your taste buds will be delighted!
You'll go home with your preparation and kefir grains, or your ginger beer with your ginger leaven to continue the fermentation process at home; come along with a one-liter "Le Parfait" jar!
