A pleasant opportunity to enjoy the end of summer with family and friends, and share a meal of flavors from different horizons in the heart of the park-museum.
The day's program includes:
- Discover our vegetable gardens
- Taste recipes based on vegetables grown at the museum
- Prepare a lump of butter with a manual churn
- Knead and shape sourdough bread dough in a wood-fired oven
- For a snack, come and make a sandwich on the bread and butter that will come out of the oven!
Restaurant Au fil du temps will be offering a vegetarian picnic basket (€15) to be enjoyed in the museum orchard. It will consist of a roasted vegetable salad accompanied by a vegetarian terrine. And for dessert, a caramel apple tartare served with a moelleux.
