Everything is good in the pig

Get to know the professions of breeders and butchers. It's a fun way to discover the history of meat artisans, and (re)get to know what's on our plates.
And why not discover the sausage-making process, from the preparation of the meat to the embossing and twisting of the final string.
The demonstration will be participatory, giving you the chance to try your hand at the butcher's trade.

Duration: 30 to 45 minutes - continuous animation (duration à la carte, depending on your appetite!)
