Today, the restaurant is serving 100% homemade cuisine from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The museum will be open exceptionally at 12:00 p.m. to allow you to access the restaurant.

– Local, gourmet, seasonal cuisine: potatoes, Morteau and Montbéliard sausages, cancoillotte, and Mont d’Or.
