"I decided to build a camera-laboratory that would allow me, in the tradition of the travelling photographers of yesteryear, to take and develop photos in silver directly inside the darkroom. It's both a technical and an educational tool, enabling me to set up a mobile photo lab. Every time I set up, I attract curious onlookers who, if they have 15 minutes to spare, often stop and leave with their portrait.
