Forest Champagne and other sparkling beverages

The warmer weather brings with it a craving for fresh, sparkling, tasty drinks. If you like to learn how to make things yourself and experiment, the fermented beverage discovery workshop will give you the opportunity to make two recipes with Eve COLTAT: a fruit kefir, an elderflower fizz or a ginger beer (depending on the season). Your taste buds will be delighted!
At the end of the workshop, take home kefir grains to continue the fermentation process at home! (If you have a "Le Parfait"-type seal jar, don't hesitate to bring it along).

Workshop fee: €35 payable to the provider + €6 reduced museum entrance fee
Capacity: 4 to 10 participants
