Make your own natural fermented drinks with Eve Coltat!

The warmer weather brings with it a craving for fresh, sparkling, tasty drinks. If you like to learn how to make things yourself and experiment, the fermented beverage discovery workshop will be an opportunity to make fruit kefir together, discover different recipes, and taste them.
We'll also look at the theory and history of fermentation, to help you understand the world we're immersing you in. You'll leave with kefir grains to continue the fermentation process at home.

If you have the perfect seal jar, don't hesitate to bring it along.
